Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer
    Cancellation 48 hours before service: 70% refund
    Cancellation 24 hours before service: 50% refund
    Same-day cancellation: No refund
  2. Cancellation by Vendor
    If a vendor cancels:
    Full refund will be issued
    OR
    Alternative service will be arranged
  3. Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.
  4. No-Show Policy
    No refund for no-show without prior cancellation notice.
